Mersedeh Kheradmand
Mersedeh Kheradmand is a distinguished holistic health practitioner, educator and meditation and yoga teacher with 28 years of experience in her field. She started her education as an Artist graduating from Rhode Island School of Design in 1986 and teaching painting. Then her interest in Holistic health and Eastern philosophy and Wisdom took her to the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics where she became a Holistic health Practitioner in 1995. Later she continued to deepen her studies at the Master Yoga Academy to become a Yoga and Meditation teacher. Personal study with master teachers in the field of Vedic sciences and Ayurveda has expanded her knowledge since then, which she incorporates into her practice. Hence her teachings blend insights from Ancient Wisdom Traditions, the Healing Arts and Science in fostering optimum health, inner growth and joy of living through dedicated evidenced based practices.
Mersedeh is also an accomplished gardener and an inspired cook, specializing in the use of natural herbs she grows in her garden to enhance her culinary creations. Her passion for minimizing waste is evident in her avid composting and recycling practices, reflecting her strong belief that the health of our planet lies in our hands as individuals.
As an invaluable member of the Pavana Institute, she is dedicated to guiding others toward holistic well-being and sustainable living, emphasizing that aligning with nature fosters vitality, inner joy and wisdom.

Dara Salour
Dara Salour brings over 34 years of experience as a consultant in the field of energy engineering. For the past nineteen years, he has been an integral part of AESC, Inc., where he now serves as a Senior Engineering Manager. Dara is a professional mechanical engineer licensed in the State of California. He holds a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and an MBA from Arizona State University.
Dara's professional expertise spans renewable energy, energy storage, and distributed generation. His dedication to sustainability extends beyond his professional career into his personal life. He has installed solar panels and an energy storage system at his home, and drives an electric vehicle that he charges using his solar setup. Dara also cultivates a sustainable lifestyle through gardening, having built three raised garden beds that he fertilizes with composted food waste. These gardens, alongside his fruit trees, contribute significantly to his household's food production.
Dara's commitment to renewable energy and sustainable living makes him a valuable asset to the Pavana Institute, where he shares his extensive knowledge and passion with the next generation of sustainability practitioners.
